MOD-TC-MK2-31855 is an upgrade over MOD-TC in a lot of ways. It comes with firmware allowing easier I2C interfacing to host boards via simple UEXT connection. The firmware is available for tweaking. MOD-TC-MK2-31855 now featurs MAX31855 for handling the thermocouple and PIC16F1503 for loading different firmware or storing information etc FEATURES: • Thermocouple connector • PIC16F1503 • ICSP connector 0.1'' step • Jumper for easy change of the prebuilt I2C address • UEXT connector • 5 Analog GPIOs, 2 Digital GPIOs, 3.3V and GND are lead to a row of 9-pinholes for easier access • FR-4, 1.5 mm, red soldermask, white component print • PCB dimensions: 35.56 x 17.78mm (1.4 x 0.7")
